Conduct UX research and understand user journeys to optimize the user experience. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Build and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to streamline workflows and ensure uniformity. Monitor user feedback through Slack, research, and analytics, proactively suggesting design improvements. Contribute to the design of new features by providing creative and functional UI/UX solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, ensuring iterative improvements through usability testing. Job Requirements: 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3 startups, fintech or banking. Expertise in Figma, including managing design systems. Strong understanding of UX flows, research methodologies, and user journey mapping. Ability to work independently, making design decisions with minimal supervision. Experience in collaborating with engineers to ensure design feasibility. Familiarity with blockchain concepts, fintech or, especially related to wallets, security, and financial transactions. Portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX work (must be provided with application) Nice to Have: Experience with front-end development.
