Our UX Research team plays a major role within a diverse, fun, and geographically distributed design team. We have an oversize impact given our team size by driving select research studies and playing a critical role in multiple initiatives related to UXR, customer feedback, and experience measurement.As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll have the ability to significant impact our experience and product strategy by leveraging your qualitative skills and innate understanding of what "good" research looks like. Job Responsibilities: Manage the development of new services and target new use cases using the available products as building blocks Launch initiatives in user research/community engagement for feature requests, bug reports, and general customer feedback. Create and maintain a high-level product roadmap, where you define product strategy based on employers vision and your own market research. Support the release plan of new products, updates, and features. This includes working directly with Cofounders, Dev team, Design, Marketing, and Integrations to ensure all team members are aligned on the launch requirements, timelines, and post-release monitoring. Build data analysis and monitoring dashboards to monitor adoption and retention metrics to product-specific usage which you will use to help guide the team's strategic decisions and priorities. Own the overall user education and documentation knowledge base, including tutorials and showcases. Candidate Requirements: Analytical, ability to work with data. Innovative thinking. Interest in Crypto/DeFi/Ethereum technology. High level of English. Ability to work remotely, autonomously, and take initiative. Desirable: Product management experience on technical open-source projects. Previous experience in Crypto/DeFi/Ethereum technology. A technical background, CS/Engineering/Finance degree, or relevant experience.

You will lead the development of products, apps, and technologies enabling Bitcoin integration into DeFi platforms and applications. This role combines technical expertise, market insights, and leadership skills. The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the VP of Product. Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and refine product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term strategic objectives. Feature Development: Work closely with engineering to prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with blockchain developers, DeFi platforms, and end-users to deliver successful product integrations. Market Research & Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching trends in Bitcoin, blockchain, and DeFi, especially in the context of Bitcoin integrations. User Experience: Focus on creating user-friendly, intuitive products by collecting and acting on user feedback. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Documentation & Support: Oversee the creation of thorough product documentation and support materials. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years in product management, ideally in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech. Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and blockchain technology. Experience with DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) is a plus. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and geo-distributed environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Ideally You’ll Have Prior experience in a cryptocurrency, DeFi, or web3 project. Passion for decentralized finance and its transformative potential. Experience working with a globally distributed team.
