Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience in the financial services, fintech, and/or payments sectors. Solid knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML/CTF regulations, and money transmitter rules. Strong experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and NDAs.
