The Role: Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer focused on engineering and automation, you will build and maintain the internal technology ecosystem that underpins Gemini’s global operations. Engineer and maintain integrations with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Cloudfront, CloudWatch) to ensure efficient, scalable, and secure cloud operations. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., Containerization: EKS) to further enhance system performance, resiliency, and security. Support identity management and user lifecycle tasks through Okta, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and other related IAM systems, working to automate user management at scale. Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and runbooks to ensure knowledge sharing and empower team members with clarity and confidence. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and advance Gemini’s overall technology ecosystem. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 4-8 years of experience in a DevOps-focused IT/infrastructure role. Strong experience managing macOS endpoints, including MDM platforms such as Jamf and Google MDM, and familiarity with Linux principles (systemd, shell scripting). Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform), and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Salt). Strong understanding of AWS services, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN), and cloud-native operations. Solid CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Concourse, Harness) and version control with Git/GitHub. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Swift) and working with REST APIs. Understanding of identity and access management technologies (Okta, Google Workspace) and authentication protocols (OAuth). Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-engineering audiences. Proactive self-starter who can identify, plan, and implement solutions with minimal guidance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a startup, fintech or finance support. Your core responsibility is to ensure our customer gets the highest value possible out of the p44 products along with an exceptional service level.    Key Accountabilities Partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure best use of the product and help them achieve maximum value from our services  Summarize product feedback gathered from customer meetings and act as advocate for our customers with internal product and development teams  Form relationships and educate the customer on new products and features to drive optimal product use and increase valued perceived.   Serve as the main point of contact for the customer (external) and the voice of the customer (internal) to project and help prioritize product requests  Monitor customer health and risk. Develop and execute success plans when required working with customer support, product development and engineering or any other appropriate departments.  Facilitate and lead Executive Business Reviews with customers  Proactively manage multiple accounts to ensure customer’s success in services renewal, adoption of products, customer health and overall satisfaction  Identify opportunities for upsell alongside sales and account management team  Maintain up to date knowledge of logistics industry, EDI, and blockchain  Requirements & Preferred Skills Experience working with fast-growth technology company, strongly preferred  Experience working with a SaaS or platform product, strongly preferred  Knowledge of supply chain, preferred  At least 7 years of experience working with enterprise customers in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering or Consulting  Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and in large groups of people  Ability to be strategic, but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done  Organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines  Highly customer-oriented attitude Excellent verbal and written English and German; fluency in either Italian, Spanish, French is advantageous  Some travel for key customer meetings and events  Diversity & Inclusion: At project44, we're designing the future of how the world moves and is connected through trade and global supply chains.
