You will address challenges such as improving QC processes, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and leading initiatives to streamline reporting workflows. What you'll do  Lead and manage the QC process for compliance, focusing on regulatory reporting (SARs/STRs). Design and execute testing frameworks for AML and sanctions compliance.
