Proficiency in creating and managing automated test scripts using automation tools. Extensive experience with manual testing, and meticulous in ensuring comprehensive feature coverage. You excel in problem-solving and debugging. Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA within it. This role will be focused on adoption and helping developers thrive using our developer tools for operating onchain applications such as Relayers, Monitors and Access Control. What you'll be doing Define and execute a clear product roadmap for our Operate Tools that aligns with our vision to scale secure blockchain applications to a broader audience. Work closely with Development, Design, Data Team, and other stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions that meet the needs of developers and users alike. Manage the product backlog, prioritize opportunities based on impact, and oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives. Establish key performance metrics to guide product decisions and measure success, ensuring that we are delivering value to both developers and the broader ecosystem. Report on progress, identify strategic challenges, and refine product strategies in collaboration with leadership. Engage with developers and ecosystem partners to understand unmet needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. You have 5+ years of product management experience with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch. Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum, and familiarity with the developer tools and communities within the ecosystem. An ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward. Technical background such as a degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Startup experience. Deep care in building technical software products. Experience managing such products from conception to launch. Excellent organization, execution and project management skills, data driven approach to product decisions. Experience writing documentation or producing other content to synthesize technical concepts and communicating them in a clear, simple way. Open Source experience, either working at an open source company, as a creator of an open source project and community or as a contributor to a popular open source project. Job Responsibilities: Manage the development of new services and target new use cases using the available products as building blocks Launch initiatives in user research/community engagement for feature requests, bug reports, and general customer feedback. Create and maintain a high-level product roadmap, where you define product strategy based on employers vision and your own market research. Support the release plan of new products, updates, and features. This includes working directly with Cofounders, Dev team, Design, Marketing, and Integrations to ensure all team members are aligned on the launch requirements, timelines, and post-release monitoring. Build data analysis and monitoring dashboards to monitor adoption and retention metrics to product-specific usage which you will use to help guide the team's strategic decisions and priorities.
