Experience: 1–3 years of experience in DeFi, crypto analytics, or a related field. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols, including staking, yield farming, liquidity pools, and governance mechanisms. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret on-chain data, assess protocol risks, and evaluate yield-generating strategies. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with blockchain technologies and tools such as Dune Analytics, DeFiLlama, and Etherscan. Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Adaptability: Comfortable navigating the dynamic nature of the crypto ecosystem, with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
