Solid knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML/CTF regulations, and money transmitter rules. Strong experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and NDAs. Familiarity with SaaS models and cross-border payment operations. Excellent English communication skills. Additional language proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
