This role is crucial for providing support to NFT creators and collectors on the Magic Eden platform. Responsibilities include assisting creators with onboarding, addressing issues promptly, and delivering exceptional customer service to collectors. We're seeking someone who lives and breathes NFTs and has active experience as an NFT trader or collector, with specific knowledge of the EVM ecosystem.
