We are eager to welcome a dynamic and experienced Global Senior CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship efforts on a global scale.What you will be doing: Collaborating closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals. Developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention globally. Analysing customer data and feedback to tailor CRM initiatives and personalize customer communication. Leveraging state-of-the-art CRM technologies and data analytics tools to drive insights and optimize campaigns. Leading and mentoring a global CRM team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Monitoring CRM trends and competitor strategies to ensure Sumsub remains a leader in customer management. Managing key stakeholder relationships within the company to advocate for customer-centric strategies. About you: Proven track record of success as a CRM Manager, preferably with global or multi-market experience. In-depth knowledge of CRM software, data analysis tools, and customer engagement platforms. A strong leader with exceptional analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about utilizing technology to improve customer experiences and business outcomes. Excellent command of English, with additional languages considered a bonus. Join Sumsub's team!Your role and tasks: Effectively interact with users, including both verbal and written communication (the main language of communication with the clients is German) Safeguard data, ensuring confidentiality and security Adherence to legal regulations and company standards Paying attention to detail and precision when carrying out tasks Continuous updating of knowledge and skills in line with industry and regulatory changes Only inbound calls, no outbound calls, chats or emails required.
