The Role: Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer focused on engineering and automation, you will build and maintain the internal technology ecosystem that underpins Gemini’s global operations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 4-8 years of experience in a DevOps-focused IT/infrastructure role. Strong experience managing macOS endpoints, including MDM platforms such as Jamf and Google MDM, and familiarity with Linux principles (systemd, shell scripting). Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform), and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Salt). Strong understanding of AWS services, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN), and cloud-native operations. Solid CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Concourse, Harness) and version control with Git/GitHub. This role has a high percentage of Home Office within Switzerland.  In this role, your main responsibility will be building applications using Go, React, and Svelte that are maintainable, well-documented, and include adequate test coverage. You will collaborate with the rest of the team managing various layers of the infrastructure. Your role will be divided between backend work in GoLang (70%) and frontend development in React and Svelte (30%).
