Your goal is to accelerate the rate of engineering progress by ensuring that code deployed to production meets our performance, reliability, and compliance specifications. You will become very familiar with Solana's tech stack and ours, working very closely with core engineers within Jito Labs and other client teams (Anza, Firedancer, Syndica) to build high value testing frameworks.Responsibilities- Working with core engineers to understand challenges in moving fast and build monitoring and testing infrastructure to help the team move fast.- Stand up and tear down Solana clusters.- Build synthetic load testing plans for Solana clusters and Jito's core stack.- Plan testing frameworks for core engineers so new code written can have high impact tests.Relevant BackgroundsThe engineering team at Jito Labs consists of multi-disciplinary engineers.
