Primary Responsibilities: Lead and scale Flipside's revenue teams, with direct oversight of sales, marketing, and growth services departments to achieve ambitious top-line growth targetsDesign and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that align with our scientific approach to blockchain growth, ensuring measurable outcomes for both Flipside and our partnersBuild and mentor high-performing teams across revenue-generating functions, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and innovative problem-solvingEstablish scalable processes and metrics-driven frameworks to optimize revenue operations and forecast future growthJoin the executive leadership team and collaborate with other C-suite executives to shape company strategy and drive organizational evolutionOwn and refine our go-to-market strategy, ensuring it reflects our position as trusted pioneers in blockchain growthDevelop and maintain key strategic relationships with blockchain ecosystem leaders and decision-makers Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in executive rolesProven track record of scaling revenue from $20M to $100M+ ARR in fast-growing technology companiesDeep understanding of Web3 technology and blockchain ecosystems and successful expansion of Web3 organizations required; demonstrated ability to navigate the unique dynamics of the spaceStartup experience required, with preference for leaders who have guided companies through multiple growth stagesStrong analytical capabilities with experience implementing data-driven decision-making processesExcellence in cross-functional leadership and ability to align diverse teams toward common revenue objectivesStrategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with tactical executionTrack record of building and scaling high-performing revenue teams in dynamic marketsExperience with complex, enterprise-level partnerships and sophisticated sales cyclesAdvanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred The ideal candidate will combine the analytical rigor of a revenue scientist with the strategic vision of a growth pioneer, ready to orchestrate Flipside's next chapter of expansion in the blockchain ecosystem.
