As our first Product Management hire, you will play a pivotal role in steering our product through various stages of its lifecycle, balancing the needs of different stakeholders while staying focused on the product’s core value proposition. Your ultimate goal is to help us reach over 1 billion users; companies like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, will all be building applications on top of EigenLayer. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience:  5-7 years of product management experience, within the tech industry. Proven experience managing product at a rapidly scaling tech  startup. Highly technical experience working closely with engineering teams. Skills:  Exceptional ability to define product vision and strategy. Proven track record of taking products from concept to market success. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer empathy and advocacy. NICE TO HAVES Strong understanding of blockchain technology, especially Ethereum. Experience with Ethereum and other PoS blockchain protocols In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $150,000 - $250,000 is the annual base salary.
