The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a deep understanding of the Web3 space and a proven ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our developer community.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Metaschool’s brand voice and core values.Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content across all social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness.Produce well-researched and insightful editorial content, including articles, blogs, and thought leadership pieces relevant to the Web3 and tech industries.Craft engaging and informative newsletters and email campaigns aimed at nurturing and expanding our audience base.Generate innovative content ideas and formats to enhance audience interaction and community growth.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform and refine content strategies for optimal results.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve and evolve our content offerings.Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.Qualifications:4+ years of experience in content creation, writing, or editorial roles, preferably within the tech or Web3 sectors.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.Proven ability to develop and implement successful content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement tactics, and content marketing best practices.Demonstrated creativity and innovation in producing content that captivates and retains audience interest.Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and the developer community is highly desirable.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working effectively across diverse teams.Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.A proactive learner with a commitment to personal and professional development in a fast-paced, evolving industry.PerksAt Metaschool, you'll have exposure to all aspects of building a company. You’ll be working alongside our Mexico, US, and other internationally-based teams supporting clients across multiple industries.                                                    Responsibilities You’re a penetration tester who knows their way around source code. You’ve plundered apps and pillaged networks (legally, of course). You have a passion for hacking and information security. You may also have written a few blog posts about your favorite hacks or have presented at a handful of conferences – with an eye to doing more. With Bishop Fox, your responsibilities would include testing web applications, hacking networks, and reversing software. As a consultant, you’ll work on a variety of projects which include short-term engagements and extended program work with well-established clients. You'll solve challenging technical problems and build creative solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide your expert opinion to help our clients navigate difficult business decisions.         Requirements 7+ years experience in planning, conducting, and managing web application penetration tests 5+ years of application security experience Deep understanding of security fundamentals (OWASP), common vulnerabilities, and application security best practices Skilled in vulnerability assessment and the development of exploits for diverse targets Background in system and network security, authentication and security protocols, and applied cryptography is helpful Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, etc. Experience with AWS cloud environments preferred with an understanding of its major technologies, such as IAM, EC2, VPC, EBS, S3, CloudWatch, and Lambdas, and how to keep them secure Proficiency with operating systems- Linux, Windows, MacOS Experience with network and system exploitation including modern tactics, techniques, and procedures (e.g. c2 frameworks, EDR bypass, privilege escalation, password cracking, lateral movement, etc.) Strong technical reporting and documentation skills Advanced relevant academic training, such as a degree in Computer Science or an OSCP, is a definite bonus Bishop Fox has always allowed its employees to work remotely, and this role could work anywhere in Mexico.
