Join us and contribute to a future where scientific discovery is driven by web3.Your RoleAs Marketing & Growth Lead, you’ll drive Molecule’s brand positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy, playing a key role in launching new IP products and positioning Molecule as a thought leader in DeSci and biotech. You’ll lead the rebranding process, rolling out a new visual identity, and shift the narrative to position Molecule as a unified product. You’ll also develop and execute the GTM strategy for Molecule’s IP protocol, while overseeing PR and thought leadership to boost Molecule’s visibility and credibility in the DeSci and biotech sectors.What You'll Be DoingStrategic Leadership & Positioning:Develop and execute Molecule’s positioning, branding, and narrative strategy for upcoming product launches. Work closely with the product team to craft compelling stories for web3 funders and researchers.Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution:Create the narrative and GTM strategy for Molecule’s IP protocol. Lead execution of campaigns to build momentum and align with product goals.Thought Leadership & Brand Awareness:Establish Molecule as a thought leader in DeSci and biotech.
