In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key projects that align with the Foundation's strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed within the defined scope, time, and budget. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Regularly communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, marketing, and business development, to ensure successful project outcomes. Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across all project teams. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure that all project records are accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Foundational understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
