With a user base exceeding 24 million, it offers seamless access to web3’s largest on-chain distribution network.   We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Lead to oversee the creative direction and execution of our brand’s visual identity. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, collaborate across departments, and shape compelling visuals for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate is bilingual, fluent in both Chinese and English, with a global mindset and a strong understanding of cultural nuances across these regions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the graphic design team in delivering high-quality visual content aligned with the brand’s identity. Oversee the design process from concept through execution for various media, including web, social media, print, and video. Ensure design consistency across all platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive visuals that support business goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering creativity and innovation. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and competitive. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestones. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Design Lead or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly across cultural contexts. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand design. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Preferred Requirements: Experience working with global brands, particularly in China or North America. Background in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus. Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or field that shows strong relation to design.
