Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, with the goal of attracting top talented personnel in blockchain, financial technology, and related fields to the role required. - Partner with department heads to anticipate hiring and company needs. - Develop and implement recruiting strategies that have a focus on hiring the most talented people for the role requirements across the organization.   - Construct contracts for personnel when offered positions within the organization. HR Metrics & Reporting - Track, analyze, and report HR metrics, including turnover, headcount, hiring speed, and engagement scores, to inform leadership decisions.- Prepare and present regular HR updates to senior management, focusing on areas for improvement and HR’s impact on the organization. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in fintech, tech, blockchain and remote working environments. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with an ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the digital asset industry. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. - Proficiency in HR software and standard business applications (Google suite). - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional, remote environment with a globally distributed team.
