The Role: Senior Product Designer  As a Senior Product Designer, you'll help shape our mission, vision, and strategy by deeply understanding our users’ and business' needs. Take full ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all aspects of design execution, from concept creation to prototyping, user testing, and final production for both our retail and institutional products. Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers and other designers to help define and implement the product roadmap. Create web and mobile experiences that are straightforward and user-friendly for clients. Contribute new directions and design patterns to Gemini’s design system while pushing the quality of design forward. Qualifications: 5+ years of Product Design experience. Exceptional skills in product strategy, focused on solutions, and able to work independently. Demonstrated experience collaborating with a product team to deliver successful products to users. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding and knowledge of user-centered design activities from research, concepting, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, to high fidelity user interfaces. Strong experience in effective cross-functional communication and managing stakeholders. Ability to self-organize, prioritize and deliver the highest quality of work on time. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data. In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. UI/UX Designer  We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a natural artistic eye for detail, a curious mind, a fire for perfection, and out-of-the-box thinking. Experience working in agile teams, with developers, other UI/UX designers, and copywriters to concept, design, create and build web applications. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction Requirements: You must have at least 3 years of experience with design software and wireframe tools. Candidate will need to submit a portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web/mobile applications (2-3 complicated web applications - SaaS, CRM, ERP, admin, dashboards etc.); Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces for complex internal systems; Outstanding design skills in visual and interaction design, information architecture skills, and interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility; A well-developed eye for detail;  Experience in collaboration with design and developer teams; An ability to effectively manage time and deadlines across multiple work streams; Fluent Ukrainian and at least Upper- Intermediate level of English .
