The RoleGiven that we are currently in a period of hypergrowth at Superduper, we are looking to bring on a Head of Programme Management to spear head this expansion across our entire ecosystem.Reporting to the COO, the Head of PgM is responsible for successful delivery and coordination of all programmes and projects within the company, including but not limited to planning, reporting, dependency management, governance, risks and issues etc.What you will be working on
The Head of PgM sets out the strategic approach for project managers within the company and at the same time implements a toolset that should be used by all, aligning all teams on the goals of each programme/project and ultimately providing oversight for everyone involved. This enables the company to keep people accountable to their commitments (both internal and external parties).
Responsible for translation of the company-wide strategy into clear goals that are dispersed across the organisation, programmes and projects.
Responsible to identify cross-programme dependencies, visualise overall timelines, upcoming issues, potential risks and be proactive in sorting out these issues before they arise.
The Head of PgM supports the company by implementing a PgM approach for all and ensuring people stick to the ways of working that have been implemented.
In addition to this the Head of PgM can be responsible for:
Workload overview
Running SLT Meetings
Company strategy overview
Business Communications
Reporting Dashboards
Change (this will come in a larger more mature organisation).
Portfolio Management/ Business Case process (again in a larger and more mature organisation)
Must haves
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create a sense of community amongst the team and have the respect of the team
Strong stakeholder management
Reporting tool like Monday.com or Asana
In-depth knowledge on PgM Methodology
10 + years experience
Including experience in running technical programmes and projects is a must
Experience in web2 or web3 industry is a plus
